Permaculture kits

Have you ever wondered how you can make the biggest positive impact on the world? In our opinion, it starts with food - growing nutritious food for yourself and your community, while helping to restore soil health and biodiversity.

What is permaculture?

According to the Permaculture Research Institute, “Permaculture is the conscious design and maintenance of agriculturally productive ecosystems which have the diversity, stability, and resilience of natural ecosystems. It is the harmonious integration of landscape and people — providing their food, energy, shelter, and other material and non-material needs in a sustainable way. Without permanent agriculture there is no possibility of a stable social order.”

We are excited to offer a permaculture kit that allows you to take home a piece of our food forest and create your own.

Our kits take the guesswork out of getting started, and include a variety of plants that have been successful on our farm, along with tools and information to support you on your permaculture journey.

With a small investment of time, you can have a food forest at your home that produces delicious fruits and vegetables, creates wildlife habitats, and helps educate others on the benefits of permaculture.

Investing in our community

We are reinvesting 100% of the profits from our permaculture project back into our community via the Fort Plain Project.
